Tunnel Name is whatever you want to called it. I personally use the hostname of the server I am tunneling to. User login and pass should be the SSH login and password. Host should be the remote server you are tunneling to. Assuming that ssh is on the default port, this should be set to 22. Make any more sense?

if you don't have all the required details, then you wont be able to make a successful connection. Not all cpanel accounts come with SSH login by default.

"...These items are all pretty self explanatory."

But, they are not. I open cPanel. I open the mail that the host site sent. I scratch my eyes out...but nothing brings me the
Tunnel Name/ID
User Login
User Password
Tunnel Host
Port (22 by default)

Presume nothing when trying to help us idiots. That's the difference between clever and smart. We fools can be so clever that nothing can be fool proof. Don't tease us. Please make us smart.
